Linz, Welcome to the forum.

To remove the rider's seat first remove the pillion seat. Towards the front of the cavity you'll see two bolts. Remove those two and the brackets they retain and the rider's seat will lift out, rear first.

Shop manuals can be purchased from Triumph and can be found on line.

PS The c/f side panels and infills aren't fake...don't break 'em.
