140 works great. Looks better as it's wider. You also gain two other perks due to the larger diameter - the steering quickens because of the geometry change in the height of the rear and you get nearly the same RPM savings that you would get by going up a tooth on your front sprocket.

150 fits well and looks better also. But if your going with the Dunlop 501 you won't get the extra perks of the 140 because the diameter of the 150 is closer to the stock brigs...
