Headers from nearly any 885cc engine will bolt onto the head of any other 885cc engine. Some models use a different water pipe to clear certain headers. Nearly every model has a unique mounting arrangement to attach the mufflers to the bike. If you have a centerstand on your bike headers from other models are likely to interfere with that. If you have fabrication skills brackets can be made out of aluminium to adapt many different things.

For example I have D&D 3 into 3 exhausts that were made for the 2000-2004 TBS installed on my 98 TBS. It required making a new bracket to attach the mufflers to the footpeg mounting bolt.

the fork tubes are 43mm diameter.
