I've seen C-spanner used in english to describe the tool you are looking for. I'd recommend getting one from the Triumph dealer as the ones hardware stores sell are way too thick to fit into the space where the adjuster teeth are located.

I thought I would save a few pennies and get a long handled one (as the Triumph two part design is a real pain) from the hardware store, but I had soon blown more than I thought I'd save on gas while I was driving around town hunting for the dam n thing.
