Welcome!!

I'd give Matt Capri or Wade Wilcox a call at SouthBay Triumph. They should be able to answer all your questions. SouthBay Clicky

I know that if you are willing to bore your block, you can slip the sleeves and pistons from a 2002+ 955 Daytona into your block for a gain in cc's as well as HP. You will want to use the sleeves from the newer models as they are cut on the skirt for more HP. I did this with my Super III and am VERY pleased with the outcome.

As for the cams I would imagine the cams from any 1200 Daytona would work.
