I just got my 2005 Speed 3 and want to install frame sliders.
I really do not want to fork out $180 for 4 sldiers. So I was thinking of using bmx stunt pegs. They're metal, and will probably stop sliding long before the nylon ones. Some are really cool looking. Does this sound lame??
