DFW's method will work (I think there is some slight adaptation needed to get the universal Givi to bolt to the Triumph top rack, but not much.)
I know that the Givi Monorack that is designed specifically for the 05 Sprint will not allow you to mount the Triumph panniers because it bolts to the grab rail at the points intended for the factory pannier rails.
