I thought of that the first time it happened to me. So the second time I made sure I just hit the starter with no throttle at all. Still no joy. Of course, now it hasn't happened again. Maybe it was just a fluke. The bike hasn't seen the 600 mi breakin yet so perhaps it was just one of those little bugs to work out. If it happens again I'll call the dealer.
