Yes, it's a noisy but very solid engine. Ball bearings in a coffee can, gravel down a chute - take your pick.
Spooner's note about the impellor bolt is a valid one - but tricky for a newbie to identify. If you take a note of the VIN, you can call your local Triumph dealer and see if the service bulletin on the sheared bolt has been done or not.
