i travelled to atlanta by plane last week for a family reunion...11 siblings getting together for second oldest 80th birthday...i wore my black TRIUMPH T shirt on the plane...i see guys with HD shirts all the time (readily available at the HD Boutiques all over Dallas...they also sell motorcycles)...anyway, no less than 3 guys commented on the fact that they rode Triumphs in the 60s and 70s...i tell them that my brother Larry had one in the 50s (i was 14 and never forgot how fast that sucker was...he had a 48 Harley and his two buddies had BSA's..couldn't keep up...he sold his Harley, bought the Triumph, and outran them every time)...i then tell them about the Rocket and if they haven't seen one, go to the Triumph site and check it out...their eyes get wide when i mention "2300ccs"
