Likewise Desmo, I've just had my 20k service last Saturday in readiness for 2 weeks across Alps & Pyrenees + next month.
Mechanic changed the map to after market and decat which stopped the popping [which I did like] and seems quieter now, but beyond that I'd say you have a much better understanding of all the whirly gigs than I do.
Thinks I might get back to basics and buy a Royal Enfield :-)
