I use a Chase Harper tank bag. Works well. have used tank bags for (dare I say it?) 24 years now. Anyhow, some of thefolks here have used these for the high pipe TBS:

In either case verify they wont get pushed into the tire/brake/swingarm/muffler area (bag bars are easy to make)
Though I have 3 into 3 pipes, I don't think they are as high as yours. If you are riding 2 up you might want to change or move your turn signals. I put a set of Shock led's on mine and saved ~2". Enough to get by with. I am going to see what I can do to make an adapter to fit the rearmost fender strut bolt with these (and still allow the wires to be hidden). That will allow me to slide the bags back even further.
Those bags look pretty slick. You might get a better price by going to a dealer. Most manufacturers web sites (that have a retail network) don't have the street price, though in the past CH has had deals for odd ball colors that didn't sell.
