I like those grips....if I didn't have the triumph heated grips I would get a pair. The throttle boss really helps out a lot on a long ride...combined with a friction cruise control you can just lean back and relax on those long rides adjusting the throttle setting with just your thumb. I have a rubber throttle boss on my Rocket...it works but not as well as the kuryakyn one that screws right into the end of the grip.
