AS to the "D" head idle mixture screw - you don't really need to buy a special tool to adjust it. What you want to do is rmove it and then use a Dremel tool to cut a slot in it, and then you can use a screwdriver to replace and adjust it.
To remove it to work on it, simply take a short pice of small rubber or vinyl tubing and push it on to the "D" head. This will give enough fricton to allow you to use the tubing to unscrew it.
