Personally I am familiar with McCoy Motorsports and have dealt with them in the past when I owned my R6 and they are good people to deal with but you all may find one closer to your home to deal with. I had mine installed by the dealer prior to taking delivery of the bike. I rode the bike around 45 miles with it on the first day and completely forgot it was there, cornering, twisties the whole deal without any noticeable issues. The bike rides great.. I had it over 1" lower than stock, I would guestimate about 1.5"~2" but I have since raised it up since I did not need it as low.
I am 5'6" with a 30" inseam so this was a must for me to be able to get to the ground. One footing the bike is not an option for me. If you need any details on it that I may be able to answer, just shoot me a pm.
