length of cable with part no. would be a massive help!!!
i too am amazed about the differences in cables- i just assumed that we would be looking at a stock cable for all as there isn't a massive difference in the front end of these bikes!
i suspect that the sprint/daytona etc have their instrument cluster further forward and lower than the sp3/tbird/tri who have their clocks mounted higher and on the yoke.
the dealers i have talked too so far have not been able to help- in their defense its a pretty weird request, plus i guess cable lengths are not provided on the parts list.
kawasaki peterborough is near me, so i may give 'em a whirl.
incidently- i do not have an angled cable- its straight. the strange thing is i got a 96 sp3 cable from someone- and its exactly the same length!!!?
this is really frying my little brain.
