What do you think are some of the more common mechanical problems we Bonneville owners experience? For example,it seem a lot of owners have problems with the battery cable comming lose. Would it be a good idea to apply a little blue loctite to both bolts before you have this problem?
What I'd like to do is develope a checklist of things that seem more likely to cause trouble and try to be a little proactive at fixing then BEFORE the u know what hits the fan while I'm 75 miles from home. Things other than the obvious stuff like tire pressure, oil changes, chain tension/lube and trun signal bulbs.
