We'd need to see how you have it rigged up. How heavy are you and do you have the suspension set really soft? One solution is to not have the plate angled down too much. This is a pic of how I had it set up before I did the mt undertray and I had the same problem as well. I was using too flexible of a material and the plate would flex down and be grabbed by the tire.
