Triumph puts synthetic in the crankcase at the factory. Run it the 500 miles and let the filter do its job. At 500 miles, change the oil and filter using either Triumphs oil or a good synthetic, such as Amsoil. There is no reason to put a non-synthetic in the crankcase. What is your purpose? Let the rings seat without trying hasten the process. :hammer:
