You may get a slightly different tank range with a Thruxton. As the engine is slightly modified I think?
My standard 2003 (800cc)Bonneville has done from fill up to the reserve point:
Worst: 140 miles
Best: 170 miles
Then it was over to reserve, on the 170 miler I did not push the engine and kept to speeds at or below 60mph.
If my calculations are correct i was getting nearly 60mpg at best.
