I don't know that the regular break-in oil is "magic," but it is of a specific weight, and I don't happen to know what that is. If you want to change it at 150 miles, there's no harm in that, but I'd try to use the same oil that's in it now (available at your Triumph dealer).

By the way, the first service is 500 miles.
