The Specialty Spares "Peashooter" system is VERY loud...mine was louder than my son's 1100cc V-Star custom with straight pipes. The system looks very good, IMHO. My bike ran very good at all rpms with that system. IMHO, the biggest problem with that system is the mounting brackets for the header pipes. If you buy that system, you need to elongate the holes (front to back) in the mounting bracket BEFORE installing. If you try to install them as is, you will not get both header pipes squarely in the head and the result will be a blown header gasket in a few hundred to one thousand miles...my experience. I also had to fabricate brackets for both the side-stand and center stand with that system. My Specialty Spares "Peashooter" system is in a box in my garage attic with my airbox and a few other goodies. :-D

RAASK is a very good system without the kink...expensive but good. If you can stand the kink, get some Norman Hyde Togas (or Classics as they are sometimes called). HINT: If you black ceramic coat your stock headers, you hardly notice the KINK. :-D
