The thing about the Rivco's is that they don't have a heel-toe shifter set up as standard (though I have heard that there is a rivco heel shifter on offer?? Davo??) which is good if you have BIG feet as the boards work well. Though you still have to get your toe in under the shifter to gear up, so if your boots are heavy, you may have trouble shifting. I adjusted my shifter to the max setting to be able to shift comfortably.
