I think the wording in the 2006 catalog added to the confusion. It did say for the 790cc there was a different part number, immediately followed by the A9738090 number. The way they worded it sounded like number was for the 790cc and the number for the 865cc wasn't listed. Common sense should have said every other part had the number for the pictured part.

I'm not going to be too hard on Todd, he obviously was still in training and Kelly was working with another customer and tried to help as much as he could. I think they put out above board service considering it was a 25 cent part.

I have been always been very happy with the service that I've received at Harding's Park Cycle in Canton, Ohio. Whether it is finding a part for one of the old stepthrough Hondas, the dirt bike, Suzi, the Rebel or Bonnie they always have been pretty good knowing what they sell.
