Dang, I'm sorry to hear that, what a drag !
I forget if the bike is carburetted ?
If it is, I wonder if it's a stuck float valve. If it were that, I'd guess that pulling the spark plug would show that the cylinder has excess gas too (making it too rich to start, but then it should still be firing on one cylinder, huh ?)..
