Bonnie TOR's come with 115's. However, I honestly don't believe you have to re-jet with the 865cc engine. The cams and needles are different then the stock 790....which is the engine that the original TOR's were made for.
If you do re-jet, it certainly won't hurt, plus you can add a high-flow air-filter, pull your snorkel, and get some new carb screws.
