wutup surferjoe,
As I recall there is a little clamp on the left side of the frame that holds down the clutch cable. you need to free the cable from that. Once I moved the clipons I was able to reattach, but you need the cable to be loose for manuevering. I'm not sure if you'll be able to reattach with your configuration, I think that thrux-ton-up secured the cable elsewhere....
