The City has just laid down numerous tar snakes in my neighborhood to repair the aging asphalt....sheesh those things are slippery when new...even when dry....they had both front and rear tire dancin' in the streets.
I keep an eye out for them when I am riding but have never had trouble..till now. Maybe its just when they are new....I will now avoid them like gravel, oil, leaves, tomatoes, fir needles, dead animals, rocks, mattresses, pianos, ladders.....
