If the smoke has cleared then the chances are that everything will be fine.
Clean out the airbox of any excess not just the drain tube but if its like the TT then the filter should be ok as the oil runs off below the level of the filter.
If you are unsure get the dealer to give her a once over. It may cost a couple of hours but maybe better safe than sorry.
