I dont know if thats anywhere close to being true (I'm a scientist, not a historian) but a friend emailed me that and I posted it. I like the idea of mayonnaise going down with the titanic though. Mayo sucks - mustard is where it's at!
Cinco de Mayo rules though, especially here in Abq. I know for a fact that I'll hear people shooting pistols into the air tonight -- Three Amigo's style. It'll be just like New Years Eve. (Hey Lebanon, eat your heart out!)
