I have a similar setup to yours (although faster because of the all black theme)
airbox - baffle removed, bottom cut out, polaris bell mouths and uni filter.
carbs - 130 mains, 45 pilots, SM needles with 2 shims, screws at 3 turns.
exhaust - sceptre
I think that it starts easier with the 45's and there are no low end or warm up problems. I have about a 1000 miles on this same set up, so far so good.
I previously had 42's and it was not as easy to start when cold.
