Hey OZ, It's me again. Just finished putting the 77 back together after the winter "lay-over". Hope to put gas in it tomorrow and give it a kick. Can't help you with #1, but for #2 I just use engine enamel from an auto parts store. Works fine. Probly Wall-Mart and such has it, too. As for the cleaning I suppose the bead blast/sand blast route would be the way to go. I always simply coated over what was already there. Looks fine. Putting her to sleep for your "winter"? When it wakes up, who knows what the price of gas will be????
