i talked to the guys at munroe and took the bike down just so they could feel it personally. they are fixing the problem saturday for me.

note: the people at munroe motors (san francisco) are top notch people. no attitudes, no BS. i'll buy my next bike from them hands down. (gift your mechanics / shop good beers and you'll develop great relationships with awesome service)
