Yes, I believe so, with a couple exceptions. The color is different (sliver for a TT600, black for an S$) and the cams. My understanding of the cams is that the hottest setup is an exhaust cam from a 2000 bike and an intake cam from a 2002 or later bike. S4 cams are ground for more low end and less ultimate power, so if you put TT600 cams in an S4, you would find it even more gutless down low, but stronger at the top.
