the following are NOT a smart asp questions it is an effort to set a base line
have you ever worked on cycle carbs before?
have you ever had a kick start bike bike before?
1 do not try to start the bike with the sidestand on the ground taking the force of the kickstart.
2 I strongly suspect your idle fuel and air passages are plugged.
