Hinkley my man, way to go! I've been waiting for this day.
I'm curious about the shipping. Did you strap it to a wood pallet? Which shipping co. did you use? How much does the engine weigh?
You also bumped up the displacement, didn't you? Was any head work done?
Good luck brother, j98sprint

Thanks guys,
J98, You and me both! I was begining to think this day would never come.
I made a make-shift jig that the engine bolts into at the mounting tabs, it bolts to a small pallet and I made a box that screws over the top of the pallet. My wife was really proud of me for spending nearly two hundred dollars on the crate to ship it out in. I think the word she used was anal &*^$#$%. If you would like I can send you a picture of the mighty crate. let me know.
I spent way too much shipping it out there too. It cost me just over $400.00 each way. I used Federal Express Freight out of convenience. I have an account with them and get a corporate discount.
I finished the break-in miles today and got into it a little this afternoon. According to my denim dyno,..... I think its faster than before even though I lost 25cc (980 big bore kit to 955 sleeves and pistons).
I had them put in 2mm larger intake valves.
