Just got off the phone with my dealer. The centrifugal fan is out of round and pumping oil up the breather.
With that detail, another search of this site found the exact issue:

Update on '04 Thruxton pumping oil into air cleaner:Replaced centrifugal fan which is supposed to sling oil off the breather (and instead was pumping oil up the breather)
