I was expressed my excitement to pick up my bike this Saturday at the gym with a couple of co-workers who happen own VTX and another consider to buy YAMAHA roadliner. Both of them try to give me impression that either one of their cruiser will be slightly/if is not faster than Rocket III classic that I am going to have. Another one with V-ROD join in "why not HD? V-ROD is very nice"

I mention several time that I really like Rocket III design and its look. And I already pay my money. I am not going to race my bike with anyone. And I don't know how to anyway plus it is dangeous. So I walk away. Somehow I feel they never heard Rocket III before because they don't seem to know who make it.

I should care less...but I still curious. Is is ture that VTX or Roadliner will out run Rocket III. I believe they might outrun CLASSIC version because its grandfather looking and very old style. I listen my exhust pipe last weekend. It is very mellow. I know Japanese makes very nice bike. HONDA, YAMAHA, KAWASAKI, SUZUKI. You name it!

Even they are fast than my bike. It should not be too much faster after I know how to control my engine, isn't it? They are nice guys but since I haven't ridden bike for a long while and I just have no clue at all. Who care!
