I've bit the bullet and gone and got myself a 5/8 (16mm) Master Cylinder. I was off a Kwaka ZX9 (98), cost me $60 Aus.
What can i say... The brake feel is 10x better than standard. No matter how hard i try i can not pull the lever in more than 1/3 the way. I love it
If you want to fix the soft feel of your brake lever then go get yourself a 5/8 Nissin master cylinder. You will not regret it.
