Your dealer gave you some very outdated information! One registers online for RAT at the Triumph Web site these days. You'll receive your membership number online and they'll e-mail confirmation too. You should start receiving Torque with the next quarterly issue.
Also different from the previous sign-up method: while you still have to renew annually to continue receiving the magazine, it's free now to owners of any Hinckley model!
