I have had issues with these guys but there was never a question of their competence. The problem I have had is with the fact that they don't stock parts. Accessories, yes but parts no!
Not long after I got my S3 last fall it developed a big hole in the torque curve. I took it in and they discovered that a sensor was bad so they would have to order a new one. Two weeks later... But what threw me was when the service writer said "We've run into several of these lately." So, if it's a weak part wouldn't you stock maybe just one and then reorder another one when you use that one? No, all their money and space goes into the high dollar stuff, like chrome crap for Harleys.
To be fair, a couple months later I took it in on a recall and decided to get the oil changed at the same time. When I picked it up I got the oil change for free, " For all your grief."
But make sure you know up front what they are going to charge you.
