Tech at the dealer basically said "I dunno, seen it before, just happens". I think the valve guide is leaking. I started adding injector cleaner and I'll take it apart and check it again in a few weeks.
I think the #1 spark plug drain hole must be occluded. I haven't taken the time to look for that drain, maybe this weekend. I guess I need to look for it from the outside, cause I sure didn't see any holes on the inside.

Yes that hugger was very flimsy.
