The Epcos come with new jets, so you have those coming already. The AI removal kit keeps your pipes from blueing, but it won't give you any performance gaines. Get it if you want your pipes to stay pretty. I pulled the AI, but I honestly don't see it as a neccessity. I installed a UNI replacement filter which will allow more air to the engine than a stock filter. It's the inexpensive way to go. The Freak kit uses K&N pods and cost alot more, but it also gives you more of a performance gain. Of course if you really want power you could go for the big bore kits and new cams, but now we are talking real money.

Check out bonnevilleamerica.com if you want to get some set up advice from dedicated BA/Speedmaster owners.
