My service manual says I have a 25 liter tank (including reserve), the low fuel light comes on with 7 liters, and the reserve tank holds 5 liters. My question is does the low fuel light come on when only 7 liters are left or when 7 liters PLUS the 5 liters of reserve tank are left? Next time the light comes on I'll zero my trip mileage and find out for sure, but I'd like to run out of gas near the house.
