I'll second the vote for the Triumph Expedition boots. They are warm, comfortable, fit perfectly and keep the elements at bay. They are high enough to help protect one's shins, too.

On the other hand, I picked up a full set of Triumph's Typhoon wet-wear clothing and after a season in those things, I'm really not impressed. The liner doesn't zip out on either the jacket or the pants, so if you want one set that will handle both the colder/wetter weather and the warmer days, you are out of luck. Of course, this year Triumph came out with the Typhoon II which has no liner at all, allowing you to layer as you see fit for the weather. I guess some other people didn't like the first edition, either.
