Right after Hurrican Rita when gas prices had shot up really high (sorry euro folks but to us $4 gallon is really pricy) and there was all that gouging. I went around telling everyone to just walk away from the fuel. If they left the fuel and I would gaurantee them safe passage through the wasteland. All in my best LH voice. :-D
