It's on the black panel insert directly below the left handlebar. Start position, centre off position, normal on when the white indicator side is pushed down, which is the way I run it all the time, well warm enough.
The dealers seem unclear whether the first position is a quick start, or a low power.
I've asked three of them and got one response either way and one don't know. The white square looks as though it should have an indicator light in it, but it doesn't.
