To get the best out of a 904 you need a NARK. To go to all the trouble and expense of big bore and not NARKing would be like adjusting your throttle so you couldn't use it all.
Get hold of a pair of thruxton needles (dealer only) and a few jets start at 150 or 155 mains and 42 pilots I'd say at a guess. Tyen when it's run in get it on a dyno.
