No they are real clip-ons (i.e. they attach to the forks below the triple clamp). I believe they are simply Daytona clip-ons.
That being said, I can't be 100% sure they were the Triumph parts because they were on a used bike that I didn't end up buying. But the seller told me they were genuine Triumph parts for what that's worth.
