Hi folks,

Firstly, HI - new to this site and already glad I found it.

Facts on the ground:
I'm in the process of fitting the Wiseco 904cc big bore kit into my (formerly) 790 01 Bonnie (if your doing likewise check out "Pat's Triumph Site" - very good). I've already fitted a pair of TORS and am about to dispense with the AI.
I'm at the point of buying a jet kit and a different air filter to make the most of the above though I plan to keep the CVK carbs and the stock airbox.
I've heard about various jetting kits (Dynojet, Freak) and filters (K&N, DNA) but have become a bit lost in the fog of information.

Now my question(s):
What's the best combination of parts/settings?
How do they affect performance/reliability/economy even?
What additional tweaks should I look at?

I'm sure there must be plenty of others out there who've gone down this road. So, any ideas guys?

Incidentally, if anyone else is thinking about getting a Wiseco 904 big bore kit (part no. CK149), here are some UK price comparisons for you to consider (supply only - you'll still need to sort out the barrel rebore and fitting yourself):
Norman Hyde = £459 + VAT = £539.33
Wiseco UK (AKA "Eastwood Racing") = £355 inc VAT
eBay.UK seller "harrisxr69" (AKA "Gremlin Racetech") = £285.95 + £9.95 P&P
I got mine from Wiseco UK and only found the eBay seller after my kit was delivered so I don't know how reliable he is (but he does have 99.8% + feedback).
All the same, as a Scotsman words fail me!

I'm also about to do a bit of searching around for jet kit and filter prices, so if anyone is interested I'll get back to you with my results.
